Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads—including online sales training programs, courses (e.g., Razor Sharp 3 Day Challenge, Razor Sharp Presentation Skills Seminar materials), downloadable resources, templates, videos, guides, and any other instantly accessible digital content (“Digital Products”)—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any Digital Products once purchased and delivered (i.e., once access is granted, download links are provided, or the content is streamed/viewed).


Why No Refunds?


Digital Products are non-returnable and non-transferable after delivery. Once downloaded, accessed, or delivered, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, and duplication or unauthorized sharing is possible. This policy protects against potential abuse while allowing immediate access to valuable training materials.


Exceptions (Limited Cases Only):

  • If a Digital Product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible link, or technical issue preventing proper use), contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@inhomesellers.com]. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file/link or alternative access at no extra cost. Refunds are not available in these cases unless the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable efforts.
  • In the rare event of an unauthorized or fraudulent purchase (e.g., proven card fraud), we may issue a refund at our discretion after verification.


No Other Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Inability to achieve specific results (sales outcomes vary based on individual effort and circumstances)
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use or complete the program
